Occupancy is limited to two people per room, in a king bed.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations for rooms at non event rates cancelled by 3 PM (MT) 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged $25 plus the 5% handling fee. Reservations for non-event rooms cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed one nights stay.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY, DEADWOOD JAM, KOOL DEADWOOD NIGHTS & NEW YEARS EVE require a special event deposit of 50% at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY requires a special event 50% non refundable payment at the time of the booking. Contracts will be mailed in April and are to be returned by May 1, 2009. Final payment is due in full by May 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
