Regular rate is $ 180.00

Suite # 5/6 and 7/8:

Occupancy is limited to two people per room, in a king bed.
There is a $25.00 fee for extra person available only in suites 1, 5/6 & 7/8  per night.  
No pets.

Children over twelve may be allowed only with advance authorization by hotel management

Group bookings of two or more rooms require a $100 deposit per room in order to hold the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for rooms at non event rates cancelled by 3 PM (MT) 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged $25 plus the 5% handling fee. Reservations for non-event rooms cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed one nights stay.

     STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY & KOOL DEADWOOD NIGHTS require a special event deposit of 50% at the time of reservation and is non-refundable. 

        STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY requires a  special event contract that will be mailed in April.  Contracts are to be returned by May 1, 2009 when final payment is due in full
and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
